1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using the services of datadocs.ai ("The Service"), provided by Arlen Stalwick ("The Provider"), you ("The User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("The Agreement"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The Provider offers The Service for the automatic generation of a database catalog and database documentation.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All rights to user data and metadata accessed and extracted by The Service rest with The User. The Provider holds all rights to the generated documentation, code, and any other products or outputs of The Service.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS
The User agrees to use The Service for lawful purposes only and shall not engage in any activities that violate applicable laws, infringe on the rights of others, or interfere with the operation and use of The Service.

5. SERVICE MODIFICATION
The Provider reserves the right to modify or terminate The Service for any reason, and without notice. The Provider also reserves the right to temporarily disable access to the service for maintenance and upgrade purposes. The Provider shall not be liable to The User or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of The Service.

6. DATA HANDLING AND SECURITY
The Provider is committed to protecting the privacy of The User and shall implement reasonable efforts to secure user data from unauthorized access. The User's data and information will be handled in accordance with The Provider' Privacy Policy.

7. FREE TRIAL
Users may be entitled to a free trial of The Service for a period of 14 days. Following the trial period, the User will be billed at the subscription rates. The User may cancel before the end of the trial period.

8. FEES
Following the trial period, fees apply. The User agrees to pay any fees associated with their use of The Service. The fees are exclusive of all taxes.

9. LIMITED WARRANTY
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. The Provider makes no warranty, implied or expressed, about the reliability and accuracy of The Service.

10. INDEMNITY
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Provider against any claims brought by third parties arising from The User's use of The Service.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service.

12. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of Quebec and the laws of Canada.

13. TERMINATION
The Provider maintains the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.

14. PRIVACY POLICY
Please refer to our Privacy Policy to find out how we collect, use, protect, or disclose your information.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
